Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage 2-3 small/mid-size clients
  • Support Account Director on 1 additional client with larger budget opportunity
  • Maintain close relationships with client contacts, counseling them strategically and managing opportunities of organic growth
  • Drive high levels of client satisfaction and value beyond the worked stated in contracts and SOW’s
  • Introduce new capabilities and technologies to clients, initiate new business process and display strong presentation skills during client pitches
  • Manage teams to deliver on client campaigns
  • Collaborate with and manage agency and vendor partners to ensure successful project management and seamless delivery of client work
  • Work with VP and Director to manage client budgets and work closely with department leads to ensure efficient use of resources and healthy margin
  • Maximize revenue by effectively managing against contracted documents and working with clients to make financial adjustments when appropriate

 Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five or more years of experience in an agency setting with the majority spent in digital. Data, mobile and social are additionally valued with familiarity in research, strategy and execution
  • Strong organizational leadership capabilities and understanding of business and competitive environment

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Oversee 3-5 client accounts, dependent on size of scopes
  • Manage cross-functional team to ensure high quality deliverables
