Associate Director of Client Services at Attention has the proven ability to lead clients and grow accounts. You understand clients' business inside and out and lead all day-to-day engagements. You are enthusiastic, inspire confidence in our clients, and present the agency flawlessly. To do so successfully, candidates will need to have strong industry Points of View through the extensive experience within the digital industry as leaders. Associate Directors should have 5+ years of experience in a marketing agency setting with the majority spent in a digital agency.  
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Portfolio Management

  • Manage 2-4 client business plans against brands in portfolio of business
  • Identify and execute against vertical, horizontal, additional department, service, geographic and other growth levers
  • Maintain close relationships with client contacts and manage opportunities of organic growth
  • Counsel clients based on digital landscape and business goals – Be a partner NOT a vendor
  • Identify client opportunities and recommend solutions for increased return of investment
  • Drive high levels of client satisfaction and value beyond the worked stated in contracts and SOW’s
  • Introduce new capabilities and technologies to clients, initiate new business process and display strong presentation skills during client pitches 
Financial Management
  • Work with Director to manage client budgets and work closely with Attention’s Project Management team to ensure efficient use of resources and healthy margin
  • Drive achievement of revenue and growth goals of portfolio
  • Maximize revenue by effectively managing against contracted documents and working with clients to make financial adjustments when appropriate
Team Management
  • Partner with Director to lead multiple bands (management tier structure) of employees in a clear and compelling manner to set the tone for performance and employee growth

  • Collaborating with creative team in developing campaigns, design executions, and content creation

The Human Resources (“HR”) Manager works alongside the HR Director and team at kbs+ to maintain responsibility for the HR function as it relates to all employees. He/She must be open and available to discuss human resources matters with the entire workforce. The HR Manager reports directly to the CEO & President. 
 
General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Manage all benefit distributions.
  • Creating and conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews for all employees.
  • Prepare semi-monthly payroll for Finance to process.
  • Maintain all personnel files, I-9 records, and other personnel records, and ensure company is in compliance with all laws and regulations and demonstrates “best practices” in regard to personnel information management.
  • Develop and implement human resources programs and policies including but not limited to the creation and modifications of Attention’s Look Book and Handbook.
  • Work closely with the Office Manager to create and coordinate staff activities and events.
  • Serve as a resource for all team members by being available and accessible to discuss all human resources related issues.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting process.
  • Oversee handling of employment-related inquiries, such as employment verification requests and unemployment compensation inquiries and proceedings.
  • Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs.
  • Organize and work independently on multiple assigned tasks/projects and complete assignments within specified deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and management, expressing ideas and instructions clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrate skills critical for managerial success including leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound business judgment, and highly developed personal, analytical and communication skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the President, CEO or other senior management.

The Business Development Associate helps the business development process. He/she will work under general supervision from the Chief Marketing Officer. Specific tasks include project managing the new business process and pipeline report, creating and revising presentation decks and managing the agency’s social channels.

  • Develop proposal and pitch materials, including case studies, initial POV on prospective clients’ business, strategic presentations, and all written components of a proposal.
